The highlighter that I’ve been loving the past few months is the Milani highlighter in the shade Afterglow. I purchased it a few months ago and I’m wearing it in every makeup. Sometimes I wear it alone and sometimes I combine it with the Maybelline master strobing stick. In my everyday life I prefer my highlighter not to be too intense. I want a natural glow to my skin that helps it looking healthier. The highlighter Afterglow is one of the 7 shades of the Milani Strobelight Instant Glow Powder. I haven’t tried any other shade but I’m absolutely amazed by this one.
Starting with the packaging, it’s a plastic and it feels light but not cheap. It’s also gold with a transparent lid that has the name on the company on top with gold letters. Now about the actual product. It has a nude-pink colour and it’s almost the same as my natural skin tone. So the result that I get is a glow on my cheeks without an extra colour which I love the most about it. It doesn’t emphasize the texture of my skin and it lasts for a long time. It has tiny glitter which doesn’t appear on the skin. Instead you have a beautiful glow.
You can create both natural and glam look depending on the amount of product you apply. You can make it even more intense by combining it with another highlighter or a product similar to Fix+ by Mac. I highly recommend this and I will surely repurchase it again once I hit pan!
To highlighter που λατρεύω τον τελευταίο καιρό είναι το Milani highlighter στην απόχρωση Afterglow. Το αγόρασα μερικούς μήνες πριν και το χρησιμοποιώ σε κάθε μου μακιγιάζ. Μερικές φορές το φοράμ μόνο του άλλες πάλι το συνδυάζω με το master strobing stick από την Maybelline. Στην καθημερινότητα μου προτιμώ το highlighter να μην είναι πολύ έντονο. Θέλω το πρόσωπο μου να έχει μια φυσική λάμψη που να το κάνει να φαίνεται πιο υγιές. Το Afterglow ειναι μια απο τις 7 αποχρώσεις του προιόντος Milani Strobelight Instant Glow Powder. Δεν δοκίμασα κάποια άλλη αλλά είμαι απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη με αυτήν που έχω.
Ξεκινώντας με την συσκευασία, είναι πλαστική και ελαφρυά αλλά δεν φαίνεται φθηνή. Είναι επίσης χρυσή με διάφανο καπάκι στο οποίο υπάρχει το όνομα της εταιρείας με χρυσά γράμματα. Περνάμε τώρα στο κανονικό προιόν. Έχει μια nude-ροζ απόχρωση η οποία έχει σχεδόν ίδιο χρώμα με την επιδερμίδα μου. Αυτό είναι και το γεγονός που με κάνει να το λατρεύω τόσο πολύ. Μου δίνει λάμψη χωρίς να προσθέτει κάποιο χρώμα. Δεν τονίζει τις ατέλειες του δέρματος και διαρκεί για πολλές ώρες. Έχει μικροσκοπικά γκλιτερ τα οποία δεν φαίνονται στο δέρμα. Αντιθετα δίνουν μια όμορφη λάμψη.
Μπορείτε να δημιουργήσετε τόσο φυσικό όσο και πιο έντονο αποτέλεσμα ανάλογα με την ποσότητα που θα εφαρμόσετε. Μπορείτε να το κάνετε ακόμα πιο έντονο συνδυάζοντας το με κάποιο άλλο highlighter ή κάποιο προιόν παρόμοιο με το Fix+ by Mac. Το συστήνω ανεπυφίλακτα και σίγουρα θα το ξαναγοράσω στο μέλλον μόλις μου τελειώσει!
