These are my favourite photoshoots of 2024 that I did with my talented friend Chloe! Chloe and I started taking photos together at the end of 2022 and we do at least one photoshoot per year. We have the same aesthetics and vision when it comes to planned photoshoots so I always enjoy creating content with her. And 2024 was no exception.
Spring Goddess
The first photoshoot of the year was the Spring Goddess photoshoot we did in May. The theme was lots of flowers and butterflies and the photos turned out magical!
Both my skirt and the top are from the brand Chicwish and they could be more perfect for the theme. Originally the top had flowers only on the cup so I handsewn individual flowers to cover the whole top.
And speaking of perfection can we take a moment to appreciate the beauty of these Bella Belle pumps? They are the model Eve and the moment I laid eyes on these I knew they are the ideal pair to bring this photoshoot to life. Thankfully one of my friends had them already in her collection so I borrowed them for the shoot.
Breakfast at Tiffany’s
Another photoshoot we did in May with a completely different vibe. I made this glitter tulle corset and skirt set to wear it to my best friend’s wedding party as her koumbara (maid oh honour in the Greek Orthodox wedding). So after finishing sewing it I knew it was time for the grand reveal. I didn’t want to style it though as I would do on the day of the wedding and this is when it came to us! A Breakfast at Tiffany’s inspired photoshoot was the best way to reveal such a fabulous set. Lots of pearls, tiny tiaras and a glittery backdrop were the finishing touches. The set was such a success that people even asked me if I plan to sell it. I don’t was the answer, haha!
Bridgerton inspired photoshoot
The last photoshoot together happened in June and it was inspired by Bridgerton. Lots of flowers for this one as well and of course the Lady Whistledown society paper! The dress I wore is from an old H&M wildflowers collection. The bag is from Aliexpress and the white pumps are from a Greek shoe brand called Bozikis shoes.
